Terms & Conditions

Last updated October 2026

Plain-language terms for our work on your property. If anything here is unclear, just ask — we'll explain it before any work starts.

About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Frontline Land Solutions LLC ("we", "us", "our") to you ("the customer"), including forestry mulching, brush and undergrowth removal, property line and right-of-way clearing, and gravel driveway restoration. By requesting a quote, scheduling work, or allowing us to begin work on your property, you agree to these terms.

Quotes & Estimates

All quotes are free and provided in writing before any work begins. A quote is an estimate based on the information and site conditions known at the time it is prepared. If conditions on site turn out to be materially different from what was described — such as significantly denser growth, hidden debris, or terrain that requires additional equipment — we will discuss the change with you and get your approval before proceeding or adjusting the price.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work, unless other arrangements are made in writing before work begins. We will walk the completed work with you before final payment so you can confirm the job meets your expectations.

Downtime & Interruptions

Your quote is priced on the assumption that our crew can keep working once we arrive. Downtime billing may be applied if workers are constantly interrupted and that causes delayed time to the finished product — for example, blocked access, gates that can't be opened, or repeated stops that keep the machine from running. If a delay is costing time, we will tell you as it happens and go over it with you before anything is added to your bill.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Either party may cancel or reschedule a scheduled job with notice of at least 48 hours at no charge. We will always do our best to accommodate shorter notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a trip charge if we have already mobilized to your property, which we will always discuss with you first.

Weather & Site Conditions

Forestry mulching and driveway work depend on ground conditions. Heavy rain, thaw, snow, or other weather may require us to reschedule for the safety of our equipment and to protect your property, especially soft ground. We will contact you as early as possible to reschedule, and weather delays never cost you anything.

Property Access & Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide safe, legal access to the work area and to point out any known hazards before work begins, such as wells, septic fields, buried lines, fences, gates, low-hanging lines, or items you want protected. We treat every property with care, but we cannot be responsible for damage to items that were not identified to us beforehand. Please remove vehicles, equipment, and valuables from the immediate work area before we arrive.

Turf & Ground Damage

Forestry mulching, brush removal, and driveway work are done with heavy equipment, and that weight rides over your ground. Turf, grass, and sod in and around the work area can be rutted, scalped, or otherwise damaged in the process. Frontline Land Solutions LLC is not responsible for any turf damage. We work carefully and stay where the work belongs, but we cannot guarantee your lawn will look the way it did before we arrived.

Property Verification & Boundaries

The property where the work is being performed must be verified by the owner of the property and/or a written agreement form from neighboring property owners. We rely on that verification before we start, and we do not survey or mark property lines. If any part of the work area touches or runs along a neighbor's land, please get their written agreement and let us know before we begin.

What We Clear — and What We Keep

Forestry mulching is selective: unless you tell us otherwise, we preserve desirable trees and only clear the brush, saplings, and growth you want removed. Mulched material stays on site as natural ground cover — we do not burn or haul unless separately agreed in writing.

Insurance & Licensing

Frontline Land Solutions LLC is fully licensed and insured. Proof of insurance is available upon request before work begins.

Limitation of Liability

We carry insurance for the work we perform and stand behind it. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question, to the extent permitted by Michigan law. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by weather, ground conditions, utility locations not disclosed to us, or other matters outside our reasonable control.

Photos You Send Us

Site photos submitted through our quote form are used only to understand and prepare your estimate. We will not publish or share photos of your property without your permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you request a quote is the version that applies to your project.
